Scholarship management can become a full-time job. It can take weeks to establish selection criteria, review applications and issue funds to recipients. Infinity Giving Works is here to help. Our team will work to ease the administrative burden and market scholarships to ensure a diverse pool of quality candidates. You can trust each scholarship program will be effectively and efficiently managed. Our goal is to operate as a lean organization to maximize the amount of funding that can be directed to scholarships and, ultimately, deserving students.

Options for Scholarship Management Services

The IGWorks team can provide a range of services and best-practice recommendations for scholarship program management. We can guide you through all aspects of the process including marketing the program, establishing selection criteria, notifying recipients and administering award payments.

We can also streamline the scholarship fund renewal process. Our team will update application materials and ensure recurring scholarship programs require minimal intervention by the sponsor.

Infinity Giving Works can help publicize your scholarship fund to ensure success of the program. The team will engage schools with which we have previously established connections to raise awareness of available scholarships. Additionally, we will publish application windows and links to active applications via IGWorks’ various online social channels to improve reach.
At the beginning of the process, the IGWorks team will collaborate with the program sponsor to establish a development plan for the scholarship fund. The team will provide updates at various points during the application and selection process. Upon closure of the application window, the team will follow the predefined procedure for selection of award winners. IGWorks will notify the sponsor/sponsoring organization of results upon completion of the process. The team can also create a variety of reports to meet your program’s needs. These reports can include performance metrics, statistics on the applicant pool, and other information gathered throughout the process.
Customer service will be available to help support you through all aspects of the process. If you have unique requirements for your program, our team can ensure solutions are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Sponsors establishing a scholarship fund administered through IGWorks will have the option to collaborate with the IGWorks team to determine eligibility requirements and selection criteria. IGWorks will administer the selection process based on a pre-defined, objective set of criteria decided upon during the initial program setup. Depending on your needs, our team can either help narrow the applicant pool and give the sponsor authority to make the final determination of who will receive an award(s) or entirely manage the selection process and name the recipient(s). This ensures the selection process remains unbiased.
The IGWorks team will issue a message to the scholarship award winner(s) including a congratulatory message as well as detailed instructions on how to accept the award. Our team will confirm the recipient’s information on file is current to eliminate any mistakes in processing the award. We will also notify the student when the designated educational institution has received the award.
Infinity Giving Works will issue payment directly to the school designated by the recipient. A representative will work with the school to ensure the award payment has been accepted.
As outlined in the scholarship eligibility requirements, Infinity Giving Works requires students to report grades and verify enrollment each semester. We require this information to ensure students remain eligible to receive their awards. After we confirm eligibility requirements have been met, the remaining funds will be issued to the designated school.

Commonly asked questions about our services.

Based on the structure of the scholarship fund, IGWorks will charge a small, fixed fee to cover administration costs. Our goal is to maximize the award dollars available to students and help them secure funding to reduce the cost of higher education.
Infinity Giving Works is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization.  When you make a donation, you will need to maintain documentation of the payment (i.e. bank account statement which shows an ACH transaction or verification of a credit card payment) and submit an itemized deductions form when filing your taxes.  IGWorks will send donors an annual statement detailing total contributions for the year.

The minimum amount for a scholarship fund with a one-time award is $1,000.  For scholarship funds that aim to provide ongoing or recurring awards, IGWorks will collaborate with the sponsoring individual/organization to identify a plan to sustain the periodic award amount for a specified period.
